Instructions for authors

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Presentations should last no longer than 10 minutes, allowing 2 minutes for questions and speaker changeover. All screens are in widescreen (16:9) format.

Each speaker is required to prepare the presentation in English, bring it on a USB drive, and deliver it to the technical staff at the Secretariat Desk preferably the day before the presentation, or at the latest during the break preceding the session.

Audio-Visual Equipment

Presentation rooms are equipped with projectors for computer-based presentations. Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format.

Presenters will be provided with a remote control, including an integrated laser pointer, to advance slides in PowerPoint. Slides containing videos (.MOV or .MP4) must be tested on the conference laptop to ensure proper playback.

For Mac users: PowerPoint files are generally compatible. If you use “Keynote”, please make sure to convert your file to PDF.

The use of personal laptops is strongly discouraged.

POSTER SESSIONS

Posters should be printed in advance by the authors (A0, portrait format).

They can be displayed in the Poster Area (Ristorante del Parco) starting from the first day of the Conference.

The necessary supplies for mounting posters will be available at the Registration Desk.
